catcatcher fish is a fresh fish based bait which contains food items found in the catfishes natural environment. Some exceptional catches have been reported on this bait during 2007 and we are really looking forward to getting back on them during 2008. The catcatcher fish contains a blend of the essential amino acids required by wels catfish, high grade fish oils plus our own fermented liquid fish. Due to the oily nature of the catcatcher hook baits they are best kept in the freezer until ready to be used, this stops the oil turning and will keep your bait in tip top condition. The baits contain only fresh natural ingredients and no preservatives have been used.
Catcatchers are not over flavoured halibut pellets, they are made in the same way as boilies but with ingredients aimed for catfish and not carp. The minute they land on the lake bed they release a trail of watersoluble attractors which the catfish can detect and home in on.
