The
perfect expander...
A pellet which forms a rubbery texture once immersed in water.
The pellet can then be placed directly on the hook to form
an irrisistible hookbait for all coarse fish including carp,
tench, bream and barbel to name but a few. The pellets are
based on a very palatable mix including marine fishmeal and
high grade marine fish oil.
Prior to use, RS Expander pellet has to be soaked in water
for around 45-60 minutes. The pellets absorb water which gives
a unique rubbery structure to the pellet. Now the rubbery
soft expander pellets can be placed on the hook or even used
as loose feed pellets. These fishing expander pellets can
be run through a pellet pump to make them sink down to the
lake bed. The soaked pellets are extremely water stable and
they leak their attractants into the water without breaking
down.
Rubbery texture...
Once turned into soft pellets the RS Expander pellets retain
their rubbery structure and can be used on the hook for long
periods at a time. The pellets are rubbery enough to stay
on the hook yet are soft enough to pull the hook through when
tightening into a fish.
A unique product...
RS Expander is known to produce perfect soft or wet pellets
and lends itself to experimenting with added flavours and
colours to create your own unique products. Take a look at
our colours and flavours currently avaialable, pineapple and
tutti fruity are firm favourites with bubble gum and hemp
flavours also producing excellent catches.

Application...
The following photo sequence shows how to perfectly hook your
hookable rubbery expander pellets after 45-60mins soaking. The
oint of the hook is pressed into the round side of the pellet.
The hook has to be rolled into the pellet to conceal it. The
hook point needs to come out of the other side so that it will
not slip off during fishing and for effective hooking of the
fish. Fish the RS expander over the top of the premium carp
pellets for the very best results.
A top tip is to add some minamino compound liquid or salmon
protein to the water when soaking the pellets, betaine and Talin®
are also proving to give that extra special edge.
