Payments for pellets, boilies, paste and all other products on the carp fishing pellets website can be made online by using our online shopping cart and payment facility. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or direct from your PayPal account. The payment details are all encrypted so it is a safe way to pay for your goods online.

We do our best to despatch all orders placed before 10.30am the same day. But please allow longer during busy periods. All orders for standard items will be despatched either the same or next working day. All products which are made to order for freshness will take a little longer to deliver please check the delivery page for details. Money Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the goods within 14 days in unopened condition and in the original wrappers with a covering note explaining the problem and we will exchange or refund your money in full. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason this can be done either by email or by telephone on 01255 423943. Your order can be cancelled without charge anytime between placing the order and the order being despatched. Once your order is despatched we can only arrange a refund for the goods once they have been returned to us. This refund will be for the goods only and not the postage and packing.
