Payments for pellets, boilies, paste and all other products on the carp fishing pellets website can be made online by using our online shopping cart and payment facility. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or direct from your PayPal account. The payment details are all encrypted so it is a safe way to pay for your goods online.

We do our best to despatch orders the same day, we do advise you allow 48hrs though to be safe. All orders for standard stock items will be despatched either the same day or the next working day. All products which are made to order for freshness will take a little longer to deliver please check the delivery page for details. Money Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the goods within 14 days in unopened condition and in the original wrappers with a covering note explaining the problem and we will exchange or refund your money for the goods in full. Postage costs are not refundable. We regret however, this cannot apply to SPECIAL MADE MIXES and items, which are custom made on a one off basis. Privacy Policy

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason this can be done either by email or by telephone on 01255 423943. Your order can be cancelled without charge anytime between placing the order and the order being despatched. Once your order is despatched we can only arrange a refund for the goods once they have been returned to us. This refund will be for the goods only and not the postage and packing. Loyalty Points
The loyalty points scheme on the carp fishing pellets website are awarded for every £1 you spend. Each point has a value of 0.03p. The points value is added to the registered customers account once thay have completed the ordering process. The points can then be redeemed on the customers next order. The points can only be earned and redeemed on online orders. The points have a life of 12 months and must be used within this period of time. Points cannot be used with any promotions or other existing discounts. Sizes
Please be aware that sizes quoted for pellets may vary from time to time. If we quote a pellet as being 4mm for example the actual pellet may be 4.5mm or 3.5mm. The sizing is as a guide which is set out by the manufacturers of the pellets. Due to the manufacturing process sizes are only approximate and not to be taken as a definate 100% accurate size. No refunds will be given if a pellet is under or over sized by 0.5mm.
