| Delivery DetailsDelivery Details for Carp Fishing Pellets All products listed on the site are sent by Interlink Express to UK mainland addresses only, subject to address location (see map below for delivery zones). All deliveries to other locations will be subject to extra delivery charges. Bulk orders are subject to reduced delivery costs and will be detailed on request. All orders over 900g will be sent out within 48hrs via Interlink Express. We aim to send all stock item orders out the same day but please allow 48hrs. All orders under 900g will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class packet post. Other delivery options can be arranged on request e.g special delivery etc please call for details. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please note: Although we do try our best to process all orders the same day, during busy times this is not always possible. If you need your order urgently please allow extra time just in case there is any delay. Please try to order on monday or tuesday if you require your goods to arrive before the weekend. Sometimes couriers experience a high level of parcels and it is not always possible to deliver in time. Delivery charges; Out side of the UK The estimated delivery time for your order to arrive is between 8.00am and 4.00pm. A before 12.00 noon delivery service is available at an extra cost, please ask for details. PLEASE NOTE - All orders containing hook baits, catcatcher baits and freezer baits which are made fresh to order please allow 4 - 5 days for delivery during busy times. We make these items to order to ensure you get the best quality and freshest bait possible, not something that has been on the shelf for months. Once your order is ready we will email you and let you know when it is being dispatched. Freezer baits will only be sent out on monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday. Delivery costs are not refundable. If you take delivery of your order and then decide for some reason you no longer want the product or it is not as expected you will be given a refund for the goods once we have them back in our warehouse. Please note that no refunds will be given if the bags have been opened and the products are not suitable for resale. A restocking charge may also apply. All orders over 900g sent via courier and will need to be signed for. If no one will be in to accept the delivery the order can be left in a secure location or with a neighbour but this is at your own risk. A contact telephone number is required to guarantee your delivery. If no one is in to sign for the delivery a card will be left and the parcel returned to the depot you will then need to contact the depot to arrange delivery or collection. If a parcel is not collected it will be returned to us and a new delivery will have to be arranged at added expence to you the customer. When you sign for your delivery you must check that the package is in acceptable condition, if the package is damaged in any way you must sign the delivery note as 'damaged' for us to be able to make a claim for the damage. Deliveries can be delivered to home or work addresses, please state when placing your order. Please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for your delivery. Carpfishingpellets will not be held responsible if any products have been damaged or gone off due to the customer not being in to sign or accept the delivery. Delivery Regions Our normal next working day delivery is to UK mainland addresses only in zone A and B on the map.
Delivery to areas outside zones A and B will be subject to extra delivery charge, please ask for details for extra charges. Some out of the way areas may be subject to a delay in delivery due to the location. Delivery cost quoted is for UK Mainland only - this does not include postcodes starting BT, TR, IM, HS, ZE, JE, GY, KA and some AB, IV, PA, PH, KW postcodes. All these areas will be subject to an extra charge.
